Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hamari Dharohar is your portal and we make best efforts to ensure your convenience and delight.

Please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can request cancellation of their orders before the same has been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation window is closed.
  • Customer needs to write to support@hamaridharohar.com requesting cancellation of their order mentioning complete details of their order.
  • Please note that orders for products specifically procured or produced against an order cannot be cancelled. For e.g. if a customer orders a specially embroidered handbag, there is no cancellation window for the same.
  • In case of order cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer, less of any costs already incurred by Hamari Dharohar. While we process refunds from our end immediately, customers to note that it may take 3 – 7 days for the amount to be credited back to their mode of payment.

Returns and Refund

Defective Items

  • Our products are thoroughly tested / inspected before being shipped and we are confident that we deliver what we promise.
  • However, in the unlikely event of a product being found defective, the customer needs to notify us at support@hamaridharohar.com specifying the nature of defects within 3 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange a reverse shipment of the product.
    • In case a reverse shipment facility is not available at the customer’s location, the customer would be requested to courier the product to us. In such case, we will reimburse the cost of shipping to the customer.
  • The customer must return the full package along with original packing. Hamari Dharohar will ship a replacement product to the customer. Should a replacement be unavailable, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 3 – 5 days through the same mode of payment through which the original payment was made.

Return of clothing, apparel items

  • We give you an option to return or exchange clothing and apparels purchased from our portal for any reason within 3 days of receipt. We request you to return the product in unused condition and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
  • We will arrange a reverse shipment of the product. In case a reverse shipment facility is not available at the customer’s location, the customer would be requested to courier the product to us. The shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer.
